Smoking/Vaping Cessation Coaching

Health Promotion Services offers FREE smoking and/or vaping cessation coaching sessions to all UC San Diego students. The time to quit is now and we can help!

Cessation includes:

• One-on-one 45 minute coaching session with a Health Educator
• Assistance with creating a personalized quit plan
• Free "quit kit" to help (can be given day of for in-person sessions and scheduled pick-up for virtual)
• Access to FREE nicotine replacement therapy (patches, gum, or lozenges)
